This is my fitness and Paleo journey. There is a lot to know about Paleo. I know just a little bit about it. I will never claim to be an expert. What I post is my understanding and my interpretation of it.
I originally created a Facebook page where I post recipes, advice, fitness motivation, funny pictures… I love having the FB page, however there are certain things that FB isn’t capable of (that I know of) yet. I wanted to categorize and label my posts as well as add a blogroll just to make all of the information more user friendly. This is where the blog comes in. I will still be posting here and there on the FB page (smaller things like tips, pictures, recipes, etc.), but I will also post on the blog from time to time as well (bigger topics like paleo science and also recipes).
My hope is that between the two, a community of clean eating, fitness, and motivation will be created. I want you to think about your health and evaulate what you can do better. If just one person becomes more active or decides to clean up their eating because of something that they see on here, then it’s all worth it.
